Diploma Programs to Students

The William Cornelius Foundation offers three specialized diploma programs to students in Guatemala who are enrolled at the William Cornelius Vocational Technical Center. These programs are designed to provide students with practical skills and knowledge that prepare them for successful careers in key sectors. The three diploma programs currently offered are:

Diploma

Health Sciences: This diploma focuses on foundational knowledge in various areas of health and wellness, including anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and basic healthcare practices. It aims to equip students with the essential skills needed to pursue careers in healthcare fields such as nursing, medical assisting, and other health-related professions.

Dental Hygiene: This program is specifically designed for students interested in the field of dental care. It provides hands-on training and theoretical knowledge in dental hygiene practices, including the prevention and treatment of oral diseases, dental anatomy, patient care, and the use of modern dental equipment. Graduates are prepared to enter the workforce as dental hygienists or assistants, contributing to improving oral health in their communities.

Advanced English: The Advanced English diploma offers students the opportunity to master English at a high proficiency level. Through immersive language instruction, students refine their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in English, preparing them for careers that require strong communication skills. This program is especially valuable in a globalized world, where fluency in English is a key asset for professional growth and international opportunities.
